    Nope. Our team builds and sets up your site for you. You only need to send us your logo, business info, and any photos you'd like to use — we handle the rest.
  • 02How long until my site is live?
    Within 48 hours of sign-up. The provisioner spins up a draft site in seconds, then our team polishes the copy and content. We'll call you to walk through it before going live.
  • 03Can I edit the site after it's live?
    Yes. You'll get access to our drag-and-drop editor. You can change text, swap photos, rearrange sections — no code. If you want major changes, just message us and we'll handle it.
  • 04What payments can my customers use?
    All plans include Curlec checkout — FPX (online banking), DuitNow QR, cards (Visa / Mastercard), Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay. The Sales Page tier sells one product through that same checkout; Ecommerce plans handle multi-product carts.
  • 05What happens if I want to cancel?
    Cancel anytime from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your site stays accessible until the end of the billing period. You can also download your content as a backup.
  • 06Can I use my own domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com)?
    Yes — on the Ecommerce Pro plan. On Sales Page and Ecommerce Basic, you get a yourname.impakweb.com subdomain (still SSL-secured, still fast). You can upgrade and add a custom domain later if you want.
  • 07Do you do invoicing / receipts for tax purposes?
    Yes. Every payment generates a proper Malaysian-format tax invoice. Your dashboard has the full invoice history downloadable as PDF.
