One of the most important parts in a software implementation is the training you receive prior to going live within a membership software application. ISSI provides an array of different training options for both our new and current clients. Once your organization goes live within the IMPak solution, you will always have the option of purchasing additional training at any time.
Integrated Software Solutions offers a full range of training options, from one-on-one at the client's desk to multiple co-workers in our office. All of our training is done using the client's data and is customized to the desired outcome. While all training is customized, it's all done for one standard charge.
On-site training is provided to the entire organization's staff. This training is normally provided at the time of initial installation, with additional training at the time of final installation. Training is also available beyond final installation of the system.
We can also provide training with scheduled remote connection sessions (in two hour increments) from our headquarters, as well as on-site at our headquarters.
We provide ongoing training for new employees, experienced users and technical staff. These training programs can be geared towards your immediate and ongoing needs.
