Training

One of the most important parts in a software implementation is the training you receive. ISSI provides an array of different training options for both our new and current clients. Once your organization goes live within the IMPak solution, you will always have the option of purchasing additional training at any time.

ISSI believes that personal training is more efficient and effective than videos.  We offer personal training to both our IMPak and IMPak Cloud clients to make sure that right away they know how to use IMPak and feel comfortable with the areas of the system they will be utilizing.  We offer a full range of training options, from one-on-one at the client''s desk to multiple co-workers at our headquarters or via a webinar. All personalized to the areas of the system they will be utilizing.  We know how important training is to proper utilization of the system and work with our clients to make every effort to get all staff trained. 

We also provide ongoing training for new employees, experienced users and technical staff. These training programs can be geared towards your immediate and ongoing needs.
