Customizations

While the IMPak product is all-inclusive and ready to go out of the box there may be instances when the system will require some sort of modification or customization to meet a specific business need of your organization. 

ISSI''s clients reap the benefits of dedicated programmers that have extensive experience making customizations to our software.

Customizations can be made at any time to the system.  Whether you have IMPak or IMPak Cloud you have ability to customize the system to fit your needs.  In addition to the many ways that you can configure the system without additional costs, sometimes there may be an instance where you want to make a change; that is where customizations come into play. The ISSI goal is to make sure that you have a product that reflects the needs of your organization.

While most of our clients depend upon ISSI to do their customizations or modifications, we do have some clients who are technology savvy and will customize the system without getting ISSI involved. Because ISSI offers the source code for Enterprise clients with the purchase of the license, organizations have the ability to make their own customizations to the software. Best of all, ISSI will support those customizations!
