Project Management

Prior to the implementation of the IMPak solution, ISSI will assign a project management team to assure the project is implemented within the defined scope, on-time and within budget. The project management team will oversee the full implementation from start to finish.

Our project management teams are experienced in planning and organizing all efforts involved in the implementation of our software solutions. We use a tested approach that has been a success for all our clients. The team lead will:

• Be the point of contact
• Assist in the development of the design specification document
• Define goals and objectives
• Specify and assign tasks
• Allocate appropriate resources during the project
• Assure critical time-lines are being met
• Assure the project doesn't go over budget
• Schedule go live date and training

Once a client goes live on the software, our project management team will begin to transition the account over to our support department. Prior to passing the client over to our support department, our project management teams meet with the support department to discuss the account. During the meeting, the account will be thoroughly reviewed and modifications or unique business practices will be identified to all staff.
