Is the IMPak product web-enabled?
Yes, you access the IMPak product from a web browser.
We have looked at different alternatives for our Association Management software package. Some of the alternatives we looked at allow us to pay a monthly fee however we never get to own the software. If we purchase the IMPak solution, do we get to own the software?
Once you purchase IMPak you own a license to use the software. If you prefer, ISSI will also work out monthly fees to help minimize the up-front cost of the software.
Will the IMPak solution integrate with my website?
Yes, ISSI provides web pages that are embedded into your website. These pages will allow your members to update profiles, sign-up for events, renew dues, take surveys and order products. For more information on our e-commerce solution click here.

ISSI has clients that range from 2 employees to over 100.
We are a small association with a small budget. Can you work with our budget to get us into the IMPak solution?
ISSI knows that associations work within budget constraints. We will work with you to see which of our pricing programs is best for you.
My organization is very large and we believe that any AMS system we choose will require customization. Do you provide customization services and/or do you provide source code so that our staff can customize the system without getting ISSI involved?
Yes, ISSI provides customizations services, if needed. ISSI also can provide the source code with the purchase of the IMPak license. If your organization decides to customize the system.
My organization manages multiple associations. Does the IMPak product handle organizations that manage other organizations?
Yes, the IMPak solution handles both management companies, as well as organizations that manage other organizations. The IMPak solution handles this quite well.
What are the security levels within IMPak?
Each page within IMPak has security levels. You can lock users out of pages, give viewing privileges or give editing privileges.
What database does IMPak run?
The IMPak solution runs on the latest Microsoft SQL Server database.
How often does ISSI come out with new updates to the system?
ISSI provides enhancements to the system 2-3 times a year. Your organization has the option to purchase enhancements a la carte. You pick and choose what enhancements make sense for your organization.
Will ISSI support our copy of IMPak/APak if we don't purchase the latest updates?
Yes, ISSI does not force any client to purchase upgrades.
Will we lose our customizations with the purchase of updates?
No, ISSI incorporates updates to your existing pages and works very hard to ensure no modifications are lost.
