Exhibitors have a contract record for each meeting. Unlimited booths and personnel can be attached to each exhibitor for each contract. Exhibitors can be charged additional fees for badges, labels, etc. on each contract.
Booths can be assigned using a booth inventory or just entering the booth number and fee on the contract.
An exhibit space floor plan can be imported and maintained via the application. You can identify booth colors for selected, assigned, unassigned and reserved booths.
Exhibitors can view the floor plan and their contract online.
Processing exhibitor contracts generates general ledger entries for the fees, generates or updates the A/R invoices and detail, and creates a financial history record if money is due or was applied.
Posting participation - Creates an activity record for each exhibitor.
