EPak E-commerce/Member Online Features

EPak is a full E-commerce component that fully integrates with the IMPak database in real-time. This means less time doing data entry and more time focusing on your members. Some of our features include: meeting registration, dues renewals, order processing, survey capability, membership directories and profile updating.

We provide full implementation services to assure that your online store is up and running at the time you go live.

Some of the functionality our E-commerce module includes:

• Meetings—Display on the web with the touch of a button, without any additional web programming. You select the meetings that members can register for via the Internet. Your registrar chooses if members, non-members and/or staff are able to register online for each meeting. Features like multiple registration types, registering a guest or companion and event registrations flow seamlessly from the staff-side of IMPak. Email confirmations are automatically generated to online registrants. You also have control over specific messages at points throughout the online registration pages. This allows easy customization of the information your members receive at each page, such as hotel or payment information—all without any additional web programming.
• Call for Submissions—Allow submission and review capabilities for abstracts. Identify primary and secondary authors, presentation schedule preferences and track AV requirements. You can also charge and collect credit card payments for submission fees.
• Committees—Committee members can review agendas and minutes from past or future meetings, download board packets, etc. or just review the list of committee members.
• Association Store—Make your products and publications available for purchase on the web with the touch of a button. You can also load images into the database that can be viewed along with the description of the product. If the image or description changes, you just make the change in IMPak and it will carry over immediately to the web.
  What’s more, members can purchase and download web-deliverable products online. Members can also make payments using gift cards purchased from the association
• Surveys—Create on-the-fly and display to the web with the click of a mouse. Now you can email your members a link to the online survey. They click on the link, answer the questions, and the results are automatically stored in IMPak.
• Membership Profiles—Allow your members the ability to update their profiles online. Once a member has updated their information, the system will automatically recognize the update in both the IMPak solution and the website profile. Furthermore, history is created that the record has been updated by the member via your website.
• Dues Payment—Allow your members to renew dues and pay other open invoices online. The system can also accept online applications and dues payments from prospective members.
