We have successfully converted information into our environment from many platforms. If the data can be provided in an ASCII format (delimited or fixed length), Excel, Access or SQL database, it can be converted. We convert ALL of your data including: financial histories, open invoices, general ledger detail and any additional data you can provide. The cost of the conversion is dependent on the number and format of the files being converted.
ISSI produces a conversion specifications document that identifies the mapping for the conversion. ISSI converts your existing data on our site then transfers it to your hosting site. We require a contact from your office for data verification and who can answer data questions that may arise.
ISSI will provide a fixed price for conversion after reviewing the existing data sources. There are two conversions. The first one is used to test the accuracy and train using the converted data and the second one is when you go live. You provide a copy of your current database before or during the review meeting, the fields are mapped to the new database, and ISSI writes the conversion. We can review all data sources and provide a fixed price quote to convert each.
