Committees

The IMPak solution handles a variety of different features and functionality when it comes to managing your committees. There are no limitations on the number of committees you decide to set up within the IMPak system.

Committees can be identified by "types" of committee (Task force, standing, etc.).

Committee Positions are "user defined" and the order that committee members print on rosters is identified in the position file.

Individuals can be assigned to committees and committee rosters can be printed. Committee positions and time periods are tracked as well as a history of the committee participation. Also, it is easy to identify the members of a committee and send them an e-mail, letter, fax or create a merge file.

Committee meetings can be tracked as well as documents (proposed agenda, approved agenda, minutes, etc.) related to the meeting. You can also track committee member attendance for the committee meetings.

You can allow web access to view the committee, their mission statement and list of committee members to committee members, your organizations members or the general public.

You can allow documents that are attached to a committee meeting to be available to view or download to committee members, your organizations members or the general public.
