    IMPak provides the functionality for staff to enter notes about contacts with members or prospects. Staff can categorize these notes and even enter a call back date. One staff member can assign a call back to another staff member. An e-mail is sent to the staff person who has been assigned to the call back when the note is saved. The system will prompt them the morning of the call back when they log into the system and every time they return to the IMPak homepage until the note is completed. This system can also track dates, result codes, issue codes, category codes, calendared call back date and time as well as the assigning staff person contact.

    Tasks can be identified for each user so that when they display the IMPak homepage any processes or tasks that have been assigned to their user identification will be displayed and they can go directly to that process or task. Examples are prospect follow-ups, registration and order processing.

    "Additional Fields"; IMPak provides your organization the ability to add fields to the individual and/or organization pages without additional programming. You decide the type of information you want to collect (a date, number, option from a list, multiple options from a list, alphabetical, limited number of characters or words or a checkbox). You also decide if the information is mandatory or optional and if it should be collected by staff (back office only) or online by member/non member entry. Additional data fields can also be collected for specific modules; registrations, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers.

    Import Marketing Email Lists and generate an email to those in the lists.

    Customer Relations Management:

    • Enter notes about contacts with any member or prospect
