IMPak will store Advertisers, any contracts they may have, and the advertisements included in each contract. Advertisements can have multiple rates and charges. Advertising agencies can be invoiced and the system will compute agency discounts. Advertisers do not have to be an active member and may contract for one or multiple publications with one or multiple advertisements.
Processing advertisements generates general ledger entries for the fees, generates or updates the A/R invoices and detail, and creates a financial history record if money is due or was applied.
Posting participation - This process creates an activity record for each advertiser after the issue has been printed.
